Q: When will my order ship?
A: If your product is in stock, your order will ship within 7-10 business days from your order date. Due to COVID there might be some delay with shipment of your order.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We do not accept returns, unless the product was damaged or defective.
Q: Can I exchange my order?
A: Unfortunately, due to COVID we will be unable to make exchanges on orders.
Q: How long will my package take to arrive?
A: Due to the pandemic, unforeseen delays with manufacturers, suppliers and the USPS, there may be a significant delay in restocking inventory resulting in delays in order shipments.
Q: How can I get in touch with someone about my order?

Q: When will "this" item be in stock again?
A: Due to the pandemic our manufacturers are significantly behind with production which may cause a delay for you to receive your product. As soon as your product is restocked, we typically ship them out within 2-3 business days. Thank you in advance for your patience, understanding and supporting a BLACK-OWNED BUSINESS.
Q: I can’t wait, I need my product NOW!
A: If your order has not shipped, not to worry, we will gladly issue you a refund. Just contact shop@caribbeing.com. As an alternative to a refund, you can also inquire about a substitution (e.g. same sweatshirt in different color way).
N.B. ABOUT SWEATSHIRTS:
As of December 21st, the inventory on our site is up-to-date and all orders as of 12/21 are currently in production. If you place an order for a sweatshirt that is currently not in stock or you have pre-ordered, it is very likely you may not receive your sweatshirt until early March 2023. We regret any inconvenience, these sweatshirts are all HAND-STITCHED with LOVE in the USA.
